Privacy policy

This policy explains what the operator of memarko collects on this site, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because we collect little.

Who we are

This site is run by the operator of memarko. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What the form collects

When you request the analysis, you give us your site address, your email and, if you choose, one line about what you sell and to whom. We also record the page you sent it from, the language of that page and any campaign tags in the address.

Why we use it

To prepare and send you the analysis and to continue the conversation if you want one. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent your data.

How we measure visits

The site uses its own measurement, not third-party analytics or advertising pixels. It records page views, clicks on buttons, form submissions, page performance and a random visitor identifier stored in your browser. We use this to see which parts of the site work and which do not. Your IP address is used to serve the request and to limit abuse. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.

Who else sees the data

Our servers and the providers that host them and deliver our email. They process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: for as long as the conversation lasts, and up to 24 months after the last contact. Visit measurements: up to 24 months. Server logs: up to 12 months. Ask, and we delete your form data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to how it is used. Write to [email protected] and we answer from the same address. Where the law gives you more, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you have it in full.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
