What the site is for
The site describes how we work and lets you request an analysis of what AI assistants and search engines say about your company. Submitting the form sends a request. It does not create a contract, a subscription or an obligation to buy anything, on either side.
Your request
You confirm that the site address and the email you send are yours or that you may use them, and that you are entitled to request the analysis for that company. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
The analysis and the numbers on this site
The analysis reflects what assistants and search engines returned on the dates we checked. Their answers change, and we do not promise any result from acting on it. The numbers on this site come from our own measurements and from the public sources cited next to them, each with a date. They describe what was measured, not what you will get.
Content and use
The texts and the design of this site belong to the operator of memarko. You may read, link to and quote them with attribution. Do not scrape the site, flood the form or interfere with how it runs.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from relying on the analysis or on the numbers on it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law and changes
Where the law lets us choose, these terms follow the law of the operator's place of business; mandatory rules of your own country still apply. If the terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
